The Movement Club
For women wanting to connect with their soul-aligned vision
This winter gathering has been crafted to offer you something rare: an entire afternoon devoted to you. Time to slow down, be and listen.
You can expect a creative yoga flow that will leave you feeling stronger and lighter. A long restorative class with deep massages so you can completely soften and let your body recharge and your mind connect back to your creative power. Imagine a massage for your body and brain at the same time.
You will leave that room with a neurochemical shift in your body, a felt sense of clarity, safety, and possibility. And from that place of alignment, you will make decisions effortlessly and create your next chapter with joy and impact.

We’ve already hosted two beautiful Care Clubs in partnership with our friends at Oh My Cream, evenings that truly felt like out-of-time moments. Surrounded by the calming energy of a beautiful skincare space, we came together to slow down, nourish ourselves, and share honest conversation. An immersive evening designed to transform the way you think about content, so you can attract the right clients effortlessly, without compromising your values or authenticity.
We recently hosted our first Authentic Content Club at the beautiful 1 Warwick (Maslow’s), Soho - an immersive evening of storytelling, strategy, and soul. The space was filled with deep conversations, honest reflections, and practical tools to help women show up online with more clarity, connection, and confidence. It was a truly powerful gathering that reminded us what’s possible when content is created from a place of integrity and alignment.
