In May 2024, I attended a retreat at this venue, and the moment I stepped inside, I knew I’d be back. I even organised a meeting with the hotel manager to introduce myself and get the ball rolling… because when a venue touches me deeply, I will do everything to bring you there.
So I went back with a group of 17 women in October 2025 for our first retreat here (you can see the magic of this retreat here). It was everything I had envisioned and more, which is why we’ll are goign back in 2027.

YOUR HOME FOR 4 DAYS
Torre Vella – your home away from home – is something you will not have seen before.
Set in a beautifully restored 18th-century building, it seamlessly blends traditional charm with modern luxury.
Everything you need for the perfect stay is at your fingertips. A vast pool framed by the poetic sway of pampas grass (this got me every time I walked by the pool!). The studio is right next to the pool, which means you can have a little refresher after the morning class or go from the pool straight to your mat for the afternoon one.
There is a scenic walk to the cliffs if you crave a moment with the endless blue of the sea. I went there when I woke up for a morning walk, and it was divine. This time, I am planning a sunset apéro.
The courtyard makes you feel like you are in a movie. We will have all of our meals under the open sky: endless brunches in the morning and chatty evening dinners under the stars (they have blankets if you are sensitive to the cold).
The place feels like something out of a movie with loads of cosy nooks to embrace a slow life, which will recharge your batteries like nothing you have ever experienced.
WHAT A TYPICAL DAY CONSIST IN…
Waking up rested after a night without interruption and landing on your mat in a studio bathed in natural light with a view of the gardens.
After a creative yoga class (you may feel lost sometimes but this is how you completely switch off and your savasana will be blissful), a brunch will await….it’s one where you are in awe and wish your belly could actually taste everything, but don’t you worry, over 3 mornings you will.
The rest of the day is yours to enjoy before we meet again for a restorative practice that will make you travel places you don’t know exist. How frequently do you lie down in the middle of the afternoon for an hour? People say it’s the highlight of their retreat (as this does not only involve restorative postures but I keep this as a surprise).
Then we meet for drinks, the bar area if another gem, before a joyful diner in the lovely courtyard under the stars.
IF YOU ARE AN ADVENTUROUS RETREATER
There are plenty of opportunities to go out and explore this beautiful island.
Whether you want to walk for a couple of hours, sit on a beach and do nothing, go for a swim in a translucid water, or explore the cute villages, everything is easily accessible, and there will be a team to guide you so you don’t have to overthink it too much.
Over 4 days last year, I went to 4 different calas, combining walking and taking time to just absorb each beautiful Cala, I found a meditation spot facing the infinity of the sea.
Now, if you are here to soak the venue vibes all in, you will able to do so because there is so much to do. Your room will feel like a sacred space where time stops. The giant pool surrounded by pampas is one of a kind. There is a little trail from the studio up to a cliff where you can have a one to one with the infinity of the sea ( I won’t spoil you with a picture because it won’t give justice to this spot). The venue also has a little store for you to come home with a pair of minorquines or some skincare products.
We will also have a treatment room with a la carte massages that you can book before your stay.
FOOD WILL BE A BIG PART OF THE RETREAT
Local in-house chefs will be cooking us fresh food inspired by local culture every day.
In our busy lives, it's not always easy to take time to shop mindfully, to prepare our meals carefully and to eat while being present. During this retreat, you don’t have to think about errands but be assured that what you will taste and eat for 4 days will be all you ever dreamt of.
We also accommodate intolerances so don’t worry about this part too.

The bedrooms in the house are all so unique and different but all equally beautiful. Each room has a view you cannot get bored of and is equipped with an ensuite bathroom in a design honouring local and natural materials.
